It sure is easy to have faith when everything is going well,
isn’t it? “‘Tis So Sweet to Trust in Jesus” is easy to sing when
we’re on a spiritual high, and that’s a good thing to thank and
acknowledge Him for those times of goodness and blessings.
But, the real test for us Christians comes when our circum-
stances shift and things seem to get out of control, we lose our
job, lose our health or lose a loved one. It is then when our faith
in God must take action, when our dependence on Him must be
instant and our hope in Him must be present.
I pray as this year reaches its halfway point that your faith
constantly would remain solid and that you would remain faithful
to God in the good times as well as the bad.
